Can you say FIRE!

I cut up some 1" square stainless steel with 1/8" wall thickness to be used for the burner manifold.  I had a friend (what would I do without them!) weld up the pieces.  This thing is large (16" x 10") and heavy.  Here's what it looks like.

Well, the next step was to layout and drill/tap 48 holes.  That took a while.  I used the mill to help in getting the taps started straight.

I was anxious to see what it would look like so I hand tightened all 48 burners.  They all came out straight and looked awesome.  Man, this thing is going to put out a LOT of heat!
