I had to have a place to put all the little things that I work on, like "detailing".
Air Compressors
The two Westinghouse cross compound air pumps were mounted on the boiler. They just fit! Had to squeeze them in. These castings can be made into a working compressor. That will be for another time. Too bad the skirting will cover up most of them.
I repainted the front pilot and number plate from a "grey" paint to a "silver" paint.
A diamond pattern was added to the ladders. I will also add diamond pattern to the running boards.
The Okadee smokebox door hinges were modified and installed. Also put in new 4454 numbers in the smokebox door which are easier to read when the lights are on or off.
